The new 12,000 SF full-service comprehensive Cancer Center, designed with a comforting spa-like healing atmosphere is a two story addition connecting to both the Ground and First Floors of the Main Hospital. The Center includes both Radiation and Medical Oncology services, with a maze-less vault housing a state-of-the-art high energy Varian linear accelerator with Rapid Arc Technology.
The new addition includes an HDR room constructed of high density shielding modules allowing the room to be enlarged in the future into a second LINAC vault within the current building footprint. The project also includes renovating existing adjacent space within the hospital for Cancer Center Administrative and Support services.
